midnight rain~

The clouds

filling skies with gray

waters are now clear

you can see the fish and coral

its pitch black.

it rains.

you think of how important

it would be

if Arizona got rain.

but here in New Hampshire..

we stay inside

after rain falls

we jump

splash

and run

in muddy puddles

the puddles

are brown

from mud

the sun shines on you

its still sprinkling

you see..

yellow~

green~

blue~

and finally..

purple~

a rainbow 🌈
